In Monsoons/Rainy season Cholera disease is very common problem for any age group. By doing a little effort and giving proper attention towards it we can prevent ourselves from it. I am trying to provide some health tips for reducing this Cholera.Cholera is an infection of small intestine.
Symptoms Of Cholera :-
- Dehydration
- Tiredness
- Vomiting
- Low urine output
- Dry skin and mouth
- Nausea
- Unusual sleepiness
- Watery diarrhea
- Rapid heart rate
- Stomach cramps
- Intense thirst
- Low blood pressure
- Glassy eyes
Causes Of Cholera :-
Vibrio cholerae bacteria is responsible for the disease Cholera. It is usually transmitted by drinking water or eating food. Anyone can not be affected when he/she will go in touch with infected person. Eating raw and under cooked food is also a cause.
Treatment Of Cholera :-
If anyone finds that he/she is affected with Cholera then he/she should contact Doctor. Doctor can control this disease very well. We can use oral re hydration therapy. Generally doctors provide Antibiotics for it. We should do Fluid replacement. We should use properly cooked food and cleaned boiled water.
Home Remedies For Cholera :-
- We can use Lemon juice. It can kill the bacteria of cholera in short period of time.
- We can take the paste of onion and peppers in 2-3 doses.
- We can also take fresh Karela (Bitter Gourds) juice.
- We can also take fresh juice of cucumber leaves with coconut water.
- We can also use boiled water of 4-5 cloves.
Prevention & Precaution From Cholera :-
- Drink boiled water.
- Avoid to eat raw or under cooked food.
- Avoid to raw vegetables like Salads.
- Wash fruits and vegetables properly before eating them.
- Avoid to eat street things like samosa chat etc.
- Try to avoid seafood.
