Health Tips For Reducing Breast Cancer


Now a days Breast Cancer is very common problem in women's life. By doing a little effort and giving proper attention towards it we can reduce it. I am trying to provide some health tips for reducing this Breast Cancer.

  • Maintain your weight :- If we will maintain our body weight health then the risk of developing Breast Cancer will be reduced automatically. 

  • Avoid Drinking Alcohol :- Alcohol is very main factor for developing Breast Cancer. If anyone will take more than one alcoholic beverage in a day, can increase the risk of Breast Cancer.  So it should be avoided.

  • Avoid Smoking :- Avoid smoking for reducing the risk of Breast Cancer.

  • Exercise Regularly :- Regular exercise gives powerful protection against Breast Cancer. At least 30 minutes per day is enough.  Regular exercise decrease the risk of Breast Cancer.

  • Avoid Eating too much Meat :- It can be a cause of developing Breast Cancer. So avoid to eat too much meat.

  • Take Fruits & Vegetables :- Taking fruits and vegetables is a very good way to reduce Breast Cancer. Some vegetables cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, tomatoes and dark leafy greens are useful. Some fruits include cherries, berried and citrus are useful.

  • Take vitamin D :- We can take vitamin D from oily fish and fat free dairy products. Sunshine is the good natural resource of vitamin D.

  • Take Healthy Diet :- You can take small meals and  fruits, vegetables,  beans, nuts, grains, and seeds and spices. These foods contains nutrients and relatively few calories.

  • Food Storage :- Avoid heating up food in plastic and non-stick pans, These pans can emit harmful chemicals when we use them at very high heat. These chemicals are very dangerous for Breast Health. We can use cast-iron, stainless steel, ceramic and enamel-covered metal pans, pots and containers for cooking and storing food.

  • Self Examination :- It is necessary to examine for detecting any changes in your body. But firstly you have to take instructions from doctor.

  • Breast Feeding :- All mothers should do Breast feeding for at least one year over all pregnancies. It  reduces the risk of breast cancer.
